Therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), psychoeducation and medication management. Creative and holistic options such as psychodrama, music therapy, art therapy, mindfulness meditation, yoga, nutrition and fitness, and life skills training round out the program. On-site brain mapping and TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) are also available.
A board-certified psychiatrist is on-site on weekdays and on call 24/7 on weekends. Clients who need one-to-one safety monitoring see the psychiatrist every day.
Clients live in shared rooms within residences of about 3,000 to 5,500 square feet, with catered meals three times a day, an open snack bar, laundry service, green space and off-campus outings that are earned through progress. Service animals are welcome.
