RCA at Devon treats addiction to alcohol, opioids such as fentanyl, heroin, oxycodone and hydrocodone, benzodiazepines including Xanax and Klonopin, cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, kratom, stimulants like Adderall and newer substances such as nitazenes and 7-OH.

Medical detox usually lasts up to seven days, with 24/7 nursing and regular monitoring of vital signs. Residential treatment typically runs around 30 days or longer, depending on progress. After inpatient care, clients can step down to a partial hospitalization program (PHP) held five hours a day, five days a week, or an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that meets three times a week in person, online or in a hybrid format.

Treatment follows clear "pathways" matched to each person's history. Foundations of Recovery is for first-time patients, Fresh Start is for people returning to treatment, Balance treats addiction and mental illness together, and Restore offers voluntary residential care for adults with a primary mental health condition and no active substance use.

Therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, Seeking Safety and 12-Step programming. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available, including buprenorphine, naltrexone and methadone for opioid use disorder, and naltrexone, acamprosate, disulfiram and topiramate for alcohol use disorder.

Special programs include RESCU for first responders, military members and their families, WorkFlex, which allows up to three hours of daily phone and laptop access for work or school, and FastTrack admission for people coming straight from a hospital or emergency department. The campus is pet-friendly under campus guidelines, and pregnant women receive priority admission consideration.

Shared rooms with privacy curtains are standard, and private rooms can be requested when available. Amenities include chef-prepared meals, a fitness center, yoga, a lounge with a fireplace, outdoor space, on-site laundry and evening activities such as trivia and movie nights. Clients in PHP or IOP can stay in on-campus sober living housing.
