Peaks Recovery Centers is an addiction and mental health treatment provider located on an 11-acre campus in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Every level of care, from medical detox to outpatient therapy, happens on the same property, so clients can move through treatment without changing locations or care teams.

Peaks Recovery Centers helps adults recover from addiction to alcohol, opioids, heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, Xanax and other benzodiazepines, marijuana and prescription drugs. People with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma and bipolar disorder can receive treatment on their own or alongside substance use care.
Treatment begins with inpatient medical detox, which offers 24/7 medical support while the body clears substances. For people in a mental health crisis, Peaks also offers short-term inpatient stabilization. After that, clients can move into residential rehab, a day-program-style partial hospitalization program (PHP), an in-person intensive outpatient program (IOP) or a virtual IOP that lets people keep working while they recover.
Each client works with a primary therapist and a dedicated case manager, who meets with them weekly to plan next steps, coordinate services and prepare for life after treatment. Peaks combines a range of therapies and modalities rather than relying on one single approach.
Families stay informed and involved. With the client's written permission, the primary family contact receives weekly updates, and family sessions with the primary therapist help everyone work through problems together.
Residential clients live in two gender-separate licensed homes, each larger than 5,000 square feet, with bedrooms, living spaces, dining areas and an outdoor deck. Chef-prepared meals are part of daily life on campus, and the separate Trailhead facility adds more room for therapy and activities.
