Futures treats substance use disorders alongside a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, other mood and thought disorders, chronic pain and co-occurring conditions. Anti-craving medications are available when appropriate.

Levels of care include medical detox, residential addiction treatment, residential mental health treatment, a mental health partial hospitalization program (PHP) and outpatient services.

Treatment is organized into specialized programs. CORE is a dual diagnosis residential program, RESET is a mental health program with its own private floor, HERO'S serves first responders, veterans and healthcare professionals, and ORENDA is designed for professionals and high-net-worth clients. MetaVida adds outpatient services that can be combined with any program.

Therapies include DBT, CBT, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, together with integrated trauma treatment, psychiatric care and medical services. Advanced options include Deep TMS, Spravato and IV ketamine therapy. Physical therapy, trauma-informed yoga, family programming and alumni programming round out care.

The campus offers a wellness center and spa, a pool and hot tub, a gym, a library, an art studio and music instruments. Outdoor spaces include tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball and beach volleyball courts, a low ropes course and a firepit. Clients choose from personal menus, and ORENDA guests have an executive chef.

The campus is located at 701 N Old Dixie Hwy, Tequesta, FL 33469. Futures works with most major insurance providers, including Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. It is accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families and the Agency for Health Care Administration.
